Acadia is pleased to present the 2019 Spring menu. Reservations may be made through the month of June.
Reservations are available for the main dining room, where Chef McCaskey presents a ten-course tasting menu.
Acadia takes severe allergies seriously, and the culinary team will make necessary accommodations when possible. For any other food aversions, Acadia requires 72 hours notice. We are happy to take any requests regarding restrictions and we can inquire with Chef McCaskey and our culinary team to see if we may be able to accommodate. Such requests may not be able to be honored, as seasonality and the freshness of ingredients are paramount. Please direct any questions about dietary restrictions to email@example.com.
