New Year’s Eve At Acadia

Chef/Owner Ryan McCaskey is proud to welcome Two-Michelin-Starred Chef Paul Liebrandt (Corton, The Elm, Gilt) from New York City for a special New Year’s Eve collaboration dinner at Acadia. The evening will begin with a passed canapés and Champagne reception featuring Dom Perignon and Laurent Perrier Grand Seicle. The reception will be followed by a 12-course luxury menu with optional wine pairings designed by our sommelier. 
 

Taking some inspiration from Stephen King’s “The Shining,” The Overlook Hotel circa 1921 will come to life! Live jazz and a special midnight ball drop will be just some of the entertainment for the night. 
 

Though there will be no “official” after party this year, dinner guests may stay for a VIP post dinner reception with friends and families of the restaurant industry and staff, at no additional cost.
 

The cost of the evening is $350 per person. Wine pairings will be available and encouraged for an additional $215 per person. The deposit of $200 secures your booking and is fully applied to your bill. We hope you’ll be with us as we ring in the new year!
