Chef Ryan worked with Sophia Bush to develop a burger! Acadia is proud to participate in The Burger Showdown, a fundraiser collaboration between UberEats and Front Line Foods, an organization that brings revenue to a struggling restaurant industry AND supplies food to front-line workers. This burger is available for a limited time and will be available for delivery through UberEats or through Toast for curbside pickup. For more information about the competition, please visit theburgershowdown.com

Sometimes it’s difficult for leaders to ask for help. But with these unprecedented times, I feel it’s our responsibility to help our staff, ensure the longevity of Acadia, and continue to serve our neighborhood and our dining community. That’s why we’ve created a gofundme page for Acadia. If you support what we do, please donate anything you can. Anything helps during these precarious times. We are grateful to be able to keep going and appreciate in advance, anything you can do!
To stay in touch with what Acadia is doing to help, check out our new page, “What We’re Doing.“
After 9+ years, Acadia tee shirts are here! With only 500 made, these collectible shirts will go fast. Each shirt has quotes from Chef that he uses often when teaching the staff. The shirts come in all popular sizes, and women’s small and medium will be available in early May.The $20-a-shirt proceeds will go towards paying staff during these uncertain times. We appreciate the support!
